Annual General Meeting

The 2004 AGM was held on the 8th September 2004 during the workshop.

At the AGM, as was the case last year, we lacked the numbers (17) for the meeting to be quorate. However, this was discussed and it was agreed to continue with the AGM and to sent a summary via email to the EEUG membership for agreement (or not) for any decisions made. The AGM presentation and summary are available on the EEUG website (http://www.eeug.org.uk). Please take time to read these and provide any feedback to the chair (Ian Grout) via email by the end of March 2005. The minutes of the 2003 AGM were passed. Unless the majority view is against the decisions made, then these will be seen as passed by the AGM. We would also be interested in your views on this approach.

Thanks to all those who contributed and attended the workshop. Additional thanks to Steve Collis of Mentor Graphics and LTSN Engineering for their invaluable input to the workshop.
